Users in Pakistan must independently assess their obligations under the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any other applicable legislation before using the Service.
Each person may hold only one registered Account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

To access the full functionality of 99ef, including placing bets and making deposits, you are required to create a registered Account. The registration process requires the following:
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested. You are prohibited from registering using fictitious, borrowed or another person's identity.

Deposits are displayed and processed in PKR where the Account is denominated in Pakistani Rupees. Where a deposit is made in another currency, conversion will be applied at the rate determined by the Platform at the time of the transaction. The Platform does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by the Platform and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier at the time of each transaction. The Platform reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

You may only deposit funds that you legitimately own and control. Deposits made using funds obtained through illegal activity, third-party credit facilities without your full knowledge, or any other prohibited source will be subject to forfeiture and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

All bets placed on 99ef are subject to acceptance by the Platform. 99ef reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed in error, bets placed on markets with incorrect odds, or bets that appear to be part of a systematic exploitation strategy. Bets are not confirmed until they appear as accepted in your Account bet history.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked. 99ef does not guarantee the availability of any specific market, including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football or any other sport. Market availability may vary without notice.
Live betting odds update in real time based on match progression. Bets placed during technical delays or connectivity interruptions may be voided. 99ef is not liable for bets placed on outdated odds that result from client-side connectivity issues.
Bet settlement is based on official results from recognised sport governing bodies where available. In cases of ambiguity or delay in official results, 99ef may defer settlement until official confirmation is received. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be submitted to support within 30 days of the relevant event's conclusion.
Events cancelled, abandoned or not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant sport's rules may be voided. Stakes for voided bets are returned to the Account Balance. 99ef's decisions regarding void bets are final.
All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits and associated offers are subject to specific promotional terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail for the specific promotion. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 99ef.
The 99ef name, logo and all associated brand elements are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use 99ef's intellectual property other than as expressly permitted in this clause.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99ef, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any:

Where 99ef identifies or has reason to believe that such access has occurred, the Account will be immediately suspended and the matter investigated.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 99ef support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via a withdrawal, subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements, disputes or AML holds.
99ef reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, violation of prohibited conduct clauses, receipt of chargeback disputes, failure to complete KYC, or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to the Platform.
Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Service terminates immediately. Any accrued Bonus balances, unconverted promotional credits and incomplete wagering requirements are forfeited upon closure unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms. 99ef's obligations regarding data retention following Account closure are set out in the Privacy Policy.
99ef reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Account eligibility, financial terms, withdrawal conditions or other significant user rights — reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the Service following notification of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated or licensed, as applicable. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded.
